Recover, Change and Cancel Online Reservations
Please read the following steps in order to retrieve or cancel your Best Western hotel reservation online:

1.-
Only those reservations which have been confirmed on www.bestwestern.es or on www.bestwestern.com may be retrieved online. If you have not made your original online reservation through these web sites, you will not be able to view your reservation.

2.- In order to change or cancel your reservation, you must first retrieve it, (locate it), and view the corresponding reservation information online. Click on the button “View my Reservation”. Please be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on the original reservation and the reservation confirmation code.

3.- Once you have retrieved your hotel reservation online, you will be able to view reservation details or to cancel an online hotel reservation, should you wish to do so, following the instructions that appear on the web site.

4.- When cancelling a reservation it is very important to take into account the hotel’s cancellation policy. Unfamiliarity with this policy may result in a No Show fee being charged to the credit card given at the time of the reservation. A No Show is a confirmed reservation which has not been cancelled within the time limit established by the hotel in its cancellation policy or when the guest has not checked into the hotel on the arrival date.
